Reset Password/Guide

**You need to register prior to being able to use the self-service Reset Password feature.**
Please read instructions below on how to proceed.

Registering your account

Self-Service Link:

1. When you access the Self-Service address as shown above, you will be brought to the self-service homepage.

2. Enter in your user name and password. Upon hitting the login button, you will be prompted to enter in 2 security questions and answers to finalize the registration. Once the registration is finalized, you will be brought to the self-service homepage. Moving forward, you will now be able to reset your forgotten, or expired intranet passwords. If you are unable to register, the help desk will need to be contacted to reset your password, and then you’ll be able to register with the new password.

Resetting your password

Self-Service Link:

1. If you would like to reset your password, access the self-service link above, and select the reset password button. You’ll be brought to the ‘forgot your password’ screen and asked for your username.

2. After selecting your username, you’ll be asked for the answers to your security questions. After entering your answers correctly, you’ll be prompted to reset their password.

3. After resetting your password, you can now go back to the intranet and login with your new credentials.
