For the past 11 years now, we have celebrated an annual company performance update with our employees, with a pivot to an all-virtual event we launched in 2020 at the onset of the pandemic. Since then, we have done this update virtually rather than in-person. Our exciting growth as a company makes it much more difficult now to get all our remarkable employees to a destination for an in-person event so we have decided to continue delivering our shareholder message from our company’s leadership virtually going forward. Again, this year, we would like to extend an invitation to you to support our event as a valued business partner.

As you may know, just this past month, we announced the acquisition of Sullivan’s Foods in Illinois, which adds another 11 stores to our portfolio store portfolio, bringing our grocery store operations to 77 locations across North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, and our home state of Minnesota. Last year, we acquired the six-store Tadych’s family of stores in eastern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Our operations now span 970 miles – from Marengo, IL to Williston, ND. It has been an exciting time for our company and we look forward to sharing our annual company update with our employees in mid-June.

This year, we are dedicating an entire week to Employee Ownership, celebrating our employees, our culture, and our company’s accomplishments over the past year, including announcing our 2022 share value and recognizing our remarkable employees across all our locations. In addition, we will again announce our Location of the Year, Vendor of the Year and each location is planning fun events to celebrate pride in employee ownership.

We are extremely grateful for your support of our company over the last many years and hope you’ll join us again this year. As a valued vendor, we are asking that you please consider sharing one (or both) of the following items to give to our employees in conjunction with this virtual event.
